In 2019, Avistar began investing in real estate. The projects we are interested in are in attractive locations that have lost their appeal over time due to the outdated format, and as a result need a new vision, concept and a new breath of life.
One of the already implemented projects was the Arsenal shopping center, the former Kvadrat shopping center, an underground shopping space on Glory Square in Kyiv. We have completely reformatted the underground shopping center into a modern center of attraction for customers with an anchor tenant – a well-known supermarket chain NOVUS.
